于茶鄉(xiāng)見中國文化底色 聽外國朋友聊安化黑茶 Discovering the Cultural Essence of China in Tea Town

11月13日，一群外國友人到訪了“黑茶之鄉(xiāng)”安化，他們還參觀了茶文化博物館以及制造黑茶的工廠，細致地了解了黑茶的種植、制作過程，以及黑茶在中國茶文化中的獨特地位和悠久歷史。來自英國的作家菲奧娜對茶文化頗感興趣，讓我們聽聽她對安化黑茶的了解。

On November 13th, a group of foreign friends visited Anhua, the “hometown of dark tea”. They also toured the Tea Culture Museum and a factory where dark tea is produced, gaining a detailed knowledge of the cultivation and production process of dark tea, as well as its unique position and long history in Chinese tea culture. Fiona, a writer from the UK with a keen interest in tea culture, shares her insights into Anhua’s dark tea. Let’s listen to what she has learned about Anhua dark tea.
